Action Points:
Auto to email Jerome Baxter about workplace training, preferably for Reading.
Honeybee to talk to friend who lives and works in Blackbird Leys about community organising there.
Auto to email Alabama about student poster.
Mons and honeybee to add themselves to student network list.
Mons to ask suggs and on internal forum about national map for the bookfair, and work on it if it’s not already happening.

Weekend School: will probably be in Bristol on the 19/20th November – mons, honeybee, Alabama, steed went to the last one and it was really good. Place for strategical discussions, etc. not a decision making conference.
Workplace training: with busy work (Auto’s up for getting a new job because of the stress, overtime, etc. with this one) Auto’s found it difficult to organise. The one in Reading for Brunei maintenance workers, cleaners, etc. who alabama’s in touch with should be priority. Auto to email Jerome Baxter.
Community Organising: Aftermath of riots, worth thinking about why we have no presence in places like Blackbird Leys. Honeybee to talk to friend who lives and works there. Should make posters (seasol style) and most importantly talk to people, knock on doors etc.! Talking to people is more important than leafleting!
Student poster: Auto to email Alabama about this. Student network might be better placed to do this?
Student Network: One is being set up! Mons and honeybee to add themselves to the list.
London Anarchist Bookfair: 22nd October at Queen Mary’s Uni (East London). We should have a national SF map with everywhere we have members, including isolated members, with relevant contact email addresses. Mons to ask suggs and on internal forum about this, and work on it if it’s not already happening.
New locals – Glasgow, Chester, etc.! Talk of a new one in Milton Keynes – close to Banbury (mention it to j?)
Stall: We should have one now we have a table - Reading maybe? Possibly in a riot-affected area. Mons to email steed and Alabama to see what dates would be good.
Office Space: We’re not at the stage to get it now, but look out for prices, etc. for the future
Subs: Steed in contact with treasurer now. Honeybee’s still not set up; mons to email details. We’ve got lots of money and should spend it on worthwhile things!
Banner: Which looks better? Professional or scrappy? Disagreement. We agreed we are not going to pay £500 for one! Ask Hale about contact who could possibly get us one/make one.
