Self ED discussion to carry forward to next NDC. Si suggested we selected a mandate much sooner, and they follow the discussion, making it a temporary role to cover the NDC. A suggestion was raised regarding moving the Delegate Council back a month to make it more in sync. Organiser Training T wants people to read the the report on organiser Training and float comments. National Conference T suggested a fund set aside for training and linking up with other sections to share "good practice". And suggested a national survey to look at skills avaible in the organisation. Action: T bring a motion to the next meeting regarding training fund and survey. Action: Defer the discussion on the Media Strategy to the next meeting.
